<p> 8月7日，隨著最後一名傷員盧文英(e 歲、女)出院返川，河南省收治的369名四川汶川地震災區傷病員全部康復出院，實現了省委、省政府提出的『讓傷員躺著擔架過來，健健康康回去』的目標要求。</p>
<p> 按照衛生部統一安排，我省於5月25日和5月31日分兩次從四川廣元、成都接收地震災區傷病員369名t其中危、重癥病人10.人)，年齡最大的l5歲，最小的僅43天，分別安排在省人民醫院、鄭州大學第一附屬醫院、武警總隊醫院、鄭州人民醫院、河南中醫學院第一附屬醫院、河科大一附院、新鄉醫學院第一附屬醫院等13家三級甲等醫院進行救治。</p>
<!--adverdisement code begin--><!--advertisement sode end--><p> 在省委、省政府的高度重視、社會各界的關心支持下，我省衛生部門盡心盡力、盡職盡責，派出最好的醫療專家，擬訂最好的治療方案，用最好的醫療設備和醫療技術，有力有序有效地開展救治工作，確保醫療救治工作萬無一失。 /p>
<p> 成立了省級專家醫療技術指導組，建立了傷病員病情綜合評估制度、醫療文書規范書寫制度、會診制度、危重傷病員治療管理和病情報告制度、病情日報制度、醫院感染控制管理制度、後勤保障制度、安全管理制度及廳領導巡視制度等十項制度。13家定點醫院在醫療任務比較繁重、病房緊張的情況下，設立地震傷員專門病區，協調了700名醫護人員組成了專職醫護隊伍。據統計，g3家救治醫院累計實施手術1 1例，心理疏導4751人次。針對危重傷病員，我省共邀請國家級專家會診3次。各醫院還設立客房安置322名病人家屬，為每位傷病員配備了臉盆、洗發水、毛巾、換洗衣服等基本生活用品，聘請四川籍廚師來調劑病人飲食。同時，在兒童節、端午節開展愛心活動，與患兒共同歡度節日、與患者一起吃粽子，為適齡兒童聯系幼兒園上學，為誤課的學生安排補課，解除了病人和陪護家屬的後顧之懮。及時對所有傷病員及陪護家屬進行心理乾預，保持情緒穩定。<fp>
<p> 對於治愈返川傷員，衛生、民政部門密切配合，積極與災區有關部門聯系溝通。醫院專人負責為傷員購買車票和送站，並配齊路上所需食品。對於孤兒，醫院派專人護送到四川，直至得到妥善安置。他們帶著河南人民的深情厚誼，返鄉投入生產、重建家園。</p>
